2. If it's damaged during the delivery, please first kindly provide pictures as evidence to us ( to ask compensation from the delivery company).

3. If we send out the wrong item, please also take picture to prove it. You may need to send it back to us if it's neccessary, through post office, as they charge very reasonable price. Don't use DHL or EMS, it's too much burden for us. Of course, the returned fee is on our side.

Will my items be sent in one package?
